What motivates me is connection

I guide people who feel both down and driven to harness their motivation and create real, sustainable change

In my work, I love helping teens, adults, and couples discover how, what, when, and how they feel a sense of connection to themselves, their loved ones, and their outer world. I love helping my clients discover how they experience connection so they can create more possibilities, depth, and satisfaction to their daily lives.

I believe therapy isn’t just what happens during a session. It’s a life practice that continues in the space between sessions. In my experience, real healing takes patience. It asks for your courage, tenderness, honesty, humor, and play

Outside of my practice, I spend a good deal of time reading, moving my body through yoga, Pilates, weight training, and longs walks, playing with my animals, scuba diving, traveling, and cooking. I have been volunteering as a Guardian ad Litem since 2013.
